TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Three people have been arrested after police searched a Midtown home and found over 25 pounds of weed, weed extract and edibles.
The Tallahassee Police Department said that they searched a home in the 700 block of Gwen Street Thursday.
Investigators say they found weed, weed extract, and edibles at the home, the amount combining to more than 25 pounds.
Philip Hiss IV, 66, Ru McElvy-Hiss, 19, and Joshua Braun, 35, were arrested and charged with trafficking in excess of more than 25 pounds or 300 plants, selling marijuana within 1000 feet of a worship space, and possession of narcotic equipment as well as other charges related to the drugs.
They were all taken to the Leon County Jail.
