Tallahassee, Fla. (WTXL)--Thousands flocking to the capital city Sunday in celebration of Jewish food.
The Jewish food and cultural festival kicked off this morning at Temple Israel on Mahan drive.
The festival now in it's seventh year ships in pounds of Jewish favorites including corned beef, pastrami, and cheesecake all from the Big Apple.
Last year, 5000 people came out to celebrate and this year no different. Foodies enjoyed bagels, lox, and homemade chicken matzo ball soup.
Organizers say it's all about encouraging residents to embrace the ethic diversity in Tallahassee.
