THOMASVILLE, GA. (WTXL)-- Thomasvile Police Department is increasing patrols for the Fourth of July Weekend.
The Police Department will be checking for speeding, aggressive, and distracted drivers. Additionally, they are looking for seatbelt violations and drunk drivers.
They say hundreds are hitting the road for Independence Day and they want to remind them to slow down and to stay off their phones.
