Thomasville Police Arrest Woman For Stabbing Ex-Husband

THOMASVILLE, Ga. (WTXL)--Thomasville Police arrest a woman for stabbing her ex-husband. 

Police say they responded to Archbold Memorial Hospital Wednesday at 7 p.m. Officers talked to a stabbing victim there who told them he was at his ex-wife's home when they got into a fight. 

Police say at one point the woman told the child to go into the kitchen and get a knife. The child complied.

Police say the woman, identified as 27-year-old Brittany Jones, cut and stabbed the man behind the right ear and outer right thigh.

He also was cut in the hand after trying to grab the knife from the woman.  Jones is charged with aggravated assault and three counts of cruelty to children.
