THOMAS CO., GA (WTXL) - A Thomas County woman was taken into custody for statutory rape. Lacy Maxwell was arrested Tuesday.
Deputies say the victim's parents reported Maxwell and after an interview with the victim, a 15-year-old male, he admitted to having sex with her.
Authorities also say Maxwell confessed to inappropriately touching the victim.
