TALLAHASSEE, FL. (WTXL) - The City of Tallahassee Pools is providing training for those looking to be lifeguards this summer.
The city is looking to add some new employees to work its city pools. To register visit the Trousdell Aquatics Center from 11:30am - 8:00pm, Monday - Friday, or on the weekends from 11:30am - 5:00pm.
Class Sessions
- Class 1: April 10 (7:00 - 9:00pm) | April 11 & 12 (8:00am - 5:00pm) | April 17 (5:30 - 9:00pm) | April 18 & 19 (8:00am - 5:00pm)
- Class 2: April 24 (7:00 - 9:00pm) | April 25 & 26 (8:00am - 5:00pm) | May 1 (5:30 - 9:00pm) | May 2 & 3 (8:00am - 5:00pm)
- Class 3: May 8 (7:00 - 9:00pm) | May 9 & 10 (8:00am - 5:00pm) | May 15 (5:30 - 9:00pm) | May 16 & 17 (8:00am - 5:00pm)
- Class 4: June 2 - 6 (8:00am - 5:00pm)
- Class 5: June 8 - 12 (8:00am - 5:00pm)
For those planning to work with the City of Tallahassee throughout the summer of 2015 the price tag for the class is $75.00. For those not planning to work with the City of Tallahassee the fee is $175.00.
