TALLHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)- Saturday, people packed the Challenger Learning Center for the 6th annual Tally Shorts Film Festival.
Guests were able to watch nearly 100 short films and engage in question and answer sessions with filmmakers.
Festival organizers say the goal is to show off short films from local filmmakers and others from around the world here in Tallahassee.
"You get too see cinema that you definitely don't get to see anywhere else. Very unique, very heartful, very passionate, and the film maker come out and we want to support it, express their art. They want to make sure as many people see their film and that is what we want to help these filmmakers. Eye balls on the screen," said Tally Shorts Film Festival Marketing Director Mark Bauer.
Our own chief meteorologist Cassanova Nurse handed out awards at the festival.
