TALLAHASSEE, FLA. (WTXL) - Residents gathered in downtown Tallahassee for the 28th annual Winter Festival and Celebration of Lights.
This annual holiday event transforms downtown into a winter wonderland. The event includes a lighting ceremony, jingle bell run, and a candy cane exhibit and is sponsored by the Downtown Improvement Authority.
The festival also features five stages of local live entertainment. The holiday parade begins at 7:15 tonight.
