TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Fire Department responded to a fire at a restaurant Tuesday night that caused no injuries but resulted in $200,000 in damage.
TFD said multiple crews worked the fire at Sonny's BBQ at 1460 Timberlane Road, and smoke and fire were coming from the rear of the structure when their crews arrived.
According to TFD's Facebook live video, crews received calls about 8:52 p.m. and arrived on scene at 8:56 p.m. Tuesday.
Joining the multiple TFD units on scene were the Tallahassee Police Department, City of Tallahassee Utilities, and Leon County EMS.
TFD said the fire broke out while the business was open but no one suffered injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Tallahassee Fire Department Prevention Division.
