TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Fire Department is investigating two house fires that took place on Friday.
TFD received a call for the first house fire around 6:12 a.m. Friday on Jo Anne Lane.
When firefighters arrived, the home was fully involved in flames but all of the residents escaped the fire without injury.
Red Cross assisted the family with living arrangements.
According to Sarah Cooksey with TFD, they received a second call around 6:15 p.m. Friday of a fire on Kay Drive in an upstairs bedroom.
Smoke was visible and the fire was spreading to other bedrooms, but the fire was quickly put out and there were no reported injuries.
Two adults and one teenager were displaced by the fire, but Red Cross is also assisting the family.
The home is apart of a town-home complex.
