(WTXL) — The winter storm and subsequent power and water outages have left many in Texas scrambling to find fresh, clean water and provide for their families.
As a result of the water issues, many areas are expected to remain under a boil water notice through Monday, Feb. 22, while a number don't have water to even boil.
