TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--Terminix is acquiring the Tallahassee-based pest control company Capelouto.
Capelouto was founded in 1964 and is one of the largest privately-held pest control companies in northern Florida.
They specialize in residential and commercial services.
Terminix says the acquisition of the company marks an important step for their businesses expansion into north Florida.
Capelouto says they selected Terminix because they wanted to find a company that would strengthen their service offerings, provide more opportunity for their employees, and continue a high level of service for its customers.
