DUNEDIN, Fla. (AP) - Deputies say two teens face child abuse charges after they let two small children ride on the hood of a moving car.
The incident happened early Sunday in a parking lot in Dunedin.
According to Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies, the children were screaming so loudly that patrons at a nearby establishment heard them.
The Tampa Bay Times reports the children were inside a Laundromat by the time deputies arrived. But 19-year-old Hallie Gray was still in the car when a deputy approached.
Deputies say she raised her hands and said "bring it" before resisting arrest.
Each teen faces felony counts of child abuse. Gray faces an additional a resisting arrest charge.
The children's ages and their relationship to the teens were unclear.
