TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--Family therapist Jane Marks says teens need exposure to the judicial system so she brought Leon County Judge J. Layne Smith on WTXL Midday for Teen Talk.
Judge Layne may sign warrants, or he may see teenagers in court for traffic cases.
He encourages teenagers to get to know the court system and even visit the courthouse.
