TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--It's a new school year and that can mean new stress for students. 

Family therapist Jane Marks says you should take care of your body. This means exercising, eating an adequate amount of protein, and getting at least six hours of sleep. 

She suggests trying to stop homework, television and or social media prior to going to sleep. This will ensure your teenager gets better rest.
