UPDATE, 12:40PM 7/16-- The man who was shot and killed on Tess Circle has been identified by Tallahassee Police.
The 16 year old, Travon Rollins was found by first responders after suffering from a gunshot wound. He later died at a local medical facility. Investigators with TPD Violent Crimes and Forensic Units are currently processing evidence and interviewing witnesses as the investigation continues.

TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- Tallahassee Police are investigating to a shooting at Tess Circle, near West Tharpe Street and Blountstown Highway Friday night. Officers have confirmed a man was killed.
Access to the Chesapeake Place Apartments has been blocked as police investigate. According to witnesses, shots were fired from one of the apartments.
Police have yet to provide official updates in this active investigation. Police say no arrests have been made.
