A RESEARCHER DISCLOSED THE NEW VULNERABILITY ON THURSDAY. THE HUFFINGTON POST REPORTS THAT THE NEW FLAW WOULD ALLOW A HACKER TO SNOOP ON OR EVEN CHANGE THE CONTENT OF EMAILS OR WEB TRAFFIC.  HEARTBLEED IS A MASSIVE BUG FOUND IN THE SOFTWARE THAT PREVENTS HACKERS FROM STEALING PERSONAL INFORMATION LIKE PASSWORDS OR CREDIT CARD DATA.  THE NEW BUG IS MUCH MORE DIFFICULT FOR HACKERS TO EXPLOIT.  THIS IS BECAUSE IT REQUIRES THEM TO INTERCEPT TRAFFIC BETWEEN TWO COMPUTERS.  THEY ALSO SAY THE NEW FLAW IS ONLY FOUND ON SOME OLDER VERSIONS OF THE SOFTWARE.
