WAKULLA, Fla.-- The environmental program at Tallahassee Community College officially has a new building.
The Wakulla Environmental Institute unveiled their brand-new facility Monday afternoon.
The institute is home to a unique oyster farming program that gives students a hands-on experience in the industry.
School officials expect the program to bring together education, conservation and recreation in a way to help Wakulla's economy.
The facility will also offer programs in hospitality and ecotourism management, land conservation and environmental drone programs.
