ST. GEORGE ISLAND, Fla. (WTXL)-- A Taylor County man is being treated at a Tallahassee hospital after being involved in a serious crash in Franklin County.
A SUV was traveling on State Road 300 in St. George Island when it tried to avoid a pedestrian standing in front of a parked car on the shoulder.
At the same time, the pedestrian was moving around the car and was hit by the vehicle's front passenger side fender and door mirror.
The pedestrian is now being treated at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare for serious injuries.
