PERRY, Fla. (WTXL) - A Taylor County man is indicted by a grand jury for first degree murder.
The indictment comes after a Nov. 19th murder investigation, where Nahor Church Junior was found dead in Perry.
Mark Ellsworth Lashorn III is now being charged in that murder.
He's currently being held in St. Charles, Miss. on unrelated charges.
