GADSDEN CO., Fla. (WTXL) - Talquin Electric has sent a second notice to customers, letting them know that after additional testing, E.coli was not found in the water in Gadsden County.

They originally said a test on March 25 had detected E.coli in one of their eight wells. A spokesperson said that well was taken offline and they would be conducting additional sampling of the well to determine the extent of the problem.

On Friday, they released another notice saying they did additional testing on the well which came back saying no coliform bacteria or a fecal indicator (E.coli) had been found.
