TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee woman is facing charges after being accused of intentionally ramming her vehicle into a victim's car.
Talor Kilpatrick, 26, is charged with aggravated assault with a motor vehicle after the victim said Kilpatrick intentionally hit her car.
On Jan. 31, around 12:23 p.m., the Leon County Sheriff's Office arrived at a Pizza Hut on North Monroe Street, where the victim reported an aggravated assault with a motor vehicle.
The police report stated that the incident happened in front of the United States Post Office located on North Monroe Street.
The victim stated that the she broke up with Kilpatrick on Jan. 30 because she found out Kilpatrick was still doing drugs.
According to the police report, the victim went to Kilpatrick's home the next morning to get clothing because she was moving out.
As the victim was leaving Kilpatrick's home, driving southbound on Old Brainbridge Road, Kilpatrick saw the victim and began to follow her.
The victim then stopped at the Circle K gas station located on North Monroe Street and realized Kilpatrick was still following her.
In the police report, the victim said that she needed gas, but when she got back into her vehicle, Kilpatrick was sitting inside the car in the passenger seat.
Kilpatrick was told 15 times within 10-15 minutes to get out of the car by the victim. Kilpatrick was arguing and begging the victim to not break up with her, according to the victim's account.
Kilpatrick eventually got out of the car and the victim began driving southbound on North Monroe Street.
Again, the victim stated she noticed Kilpatrick following her and texted to Kilpatrick,"I'm going to drive to the police station if you don't stop following me."
The victim said she then noticed Kilpatrick move from behind her and into the right lane next to her.
According to the victim, Kilpatrick then turned the steering wheel hard to the left and rammed her car into the victim's, hitting the front passenger side fender.
The victim stated Kilpatrick rammed her vehicle on purpose because she told Kilpatrick she was going to the police.
The victim was not injured from the incident, but the victim said she was scared Kilpatrick would hit her vehicle again and run her off the road.
On Feb. 27, Kilpatrick turned herself into the Leon County Jail and has since bonded out.
