TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee woman is dead after crashing her car into a tree on Sunday.
45-year-old Maelisa Law was traveling south, on Baum Road, near Wadesboro Road, when her car merged onto the shoulder of the road. The vehicle then hit a tree and overturned.
Law was taken to Tallahassee Memorial for treatment where she later died. The Leon County Sheriff's office and the Tallahassee Fire Department assisted Florida Highway Patrol with the crash.
