TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A woman is behind bars after she was caught with meth and pills inside her car.
The Tallahassee Police Department made a drug arrest early Monday morning during a traffic stop on College Avenue.
An officer working patrol conducted the stop based on information he received after running the tag which provided the tag was expired.
The driver initially provided false information about her identity to the officer, but the officer discovered her real identity was Tedesa Longver.
Officers were able to search the vehicle as part of the investigation during the traffic stop. They found crystal methamphetamine, Clonazepam and Alprazolam inside the car.
Longver is facing three charges related to drugs, driving with a suspended license, and violation of probation.
