TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee man accused of killing his daughter's mother and grandmother has been indicted on two counts of first degree murder.
Malik Wade has been indicted on two counts of first-degree murder, kidnapping to inflict bodily harm or to terrorize with a firearm and child neglect.
On Wednesday, a Leon County grand jury handed down the indictment for the death of 19 year-old Rosario Sanchez and her mother, 59 year-old Paula Portilla.
Wade was arrested on September 6, 2017 and is being held at the Leon County Jail with no bond.
