TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The City of Tallahassee opened a new dog park to residents Tuesday.

The park is located on the northwest side of East Peck Greene Park, in the chain of parks downtown.

It features two fenced in areas for dogs to socialize. Their was a ribbon cutting Tuesday with fun activities for kids afterward.

Mayor Andrew Gillum was present for the opening:

East Peck Greene Park is the city's fourth dog park.

You can also take your dog to the other parks located in Tom Brown Park, San Luis Mission Park and Boulevard Park.
