TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Tallahassee Police have arrested two teens for robbing an elderly man at an ATM.
The Tallahassee Police Department says that the robbery happened on Thursday at the First Florida Credit Union on Appleyard Drive.
The elderly victim told police he was knocked to the ground and robbed of his wallet by several unknown people as he walked away from the outside ATM of the bank.
The man suffered minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Before being taken to the hospital, he was able to give officers a general description and direction of travel of the suspects.
Police say they investigated a nearby apartment complex and found Kelvdrick Clayton, 18, and Sierra Sampson, 19.
TPD says several more suspects may have been involved in the crime and the case has been assigned to a Violent Crimes Investigator for a full follow up.
