TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - You can take part in a free self-defense class.
The Tallahassee Police Department is offering R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) next month. It's a system of physical self-defense techniques for women.
The classes are set for March 17 and 24 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Lincoln Neighborhood Center at 438 W. Brevard Street.
2018 Class Dates:
- May 19th & 26th, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
- July 14 & 21, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
- September 15 & 22, 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- December 1 & 8, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
