TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Tallahassee police are investigating and looking for answers after a man's body was found near the intersection of Osceola and Poppy Street.
Officers discovered the body after being responding to a report of a shooting at the intersection of Saxon Street and Osceola Street. Police received the call at approximately 4:45 a.m. on Tuesday, June 4.
Police say the man's body was laying in the roadway, and investigators say his death appears to be the result of a gunshot wound.
