TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Tallahassee police are seeking in help in finding Precious Carter.
Carter is a 15-year-old girl who was last seen on around 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 13. Police say she was in area of Tharpe Street and Maryellen Drive.
Carter is described as being 5'5" tall and 135 lbs. She has a black, short afro, brown eyes, and medium colered skin. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, khaki pants, and black shoes.
