TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--This weekend you can participate in a 5K run in Tallahassee. It's being put on by Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare. It's an effort to lead the community to becoming the healthiest in the nation.
You can do a one mile fun walk, a 5K run and also receive free health screenings. TMH and Premier Health and Fitness Center are teaming up to help jump start your New Year's resolutions.
It's January 3 at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare on the corner of Surgeons and Medical Drive. On-site registration begins at 7:30 a.m. Warm-up starts at 8:15 a.m. The one mile fun walk begins at 8:30 a.m. The 5K run begins at 9 a.m.
