TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)- Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare will be holding its annual "Baby and Family Fair" January 10, 2015 at the Florida State University Turnbull Conference Center.

The event will take place from 9:30 a.m to 1:00 p.m. The fair will highlight health and family services that are available to those who live in the "Big Bend."

TMH will also provide resources to help families make decisions about topics like pregnancy, childbirth, and raising children.

The event will feature a variety of break-out sessions, from car seat inspections to everyday tips to keep your new baby safe.

A nurse manager with the hospital says the event is a one-stop shop for new moms and growing families.

"Tallahassee Memorial really cares about the community and wants the community to be as educated as they can about safety and how to care for their families and their children. So we want to be able to offer those services to bring a whole group of vendors together in one house, so they can experience from when they're itty bitty babies until they're teenagers," said Kim Outlaw.
