TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Tallahassee Police say that on Sunday around 4pm, a man was stabbed in a laundromat parking lot.

TPD says that Adan Galvan-Angeles was finished with his laundry at Wash Around The Clock Laundromat on West Pensacola Street and walked out to leave. Officers say that there was a vehicle parked behind Galvan-Angeles, and that he had asked the driver of the car to move.

According to police, without saying a word, the driver got out of the car, removed a large knife, and then stabbed Galvan-Angeles in the chest. TPD says that the driver then ran away.

The victim described the driver as a black male with a mustache or goatee, wearing a white shirt with patterns and striped shorts, according to the incident report.

TPD says that there were three witnesses to the stabbing, and that they helped find the suspect at Palm West Apartments on West Pensacola street, where they arrested Novello Baker.

According to TPD, Baker is charged with attempted homicide and is being held at the Leon County Jail.
