TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee man has been indicted on federal child pornography charges.
Cody Davis is being charged with receipt, possession and access with intent to view child porn.
An investigation shows that between May 2016 and June 2017 Davis received the files.
For the receipt charge, Davis could face 5 to 20 years in prison.
For the possession charge, the maximum penalty is 20 years.
His trial is set for February 12.
