WAKULLA COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee man died when his pickup truck left a road and struck a tree early Thursday morning.
Tom Kelly, 51, died at the scene at 12:35 a.m. Thursday when his truck left Wakulla Springs Road near Lee Miller Road, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Kelly, the vehicle's sole occupant, was not wearing a seatbelt, troopers said.
