TALLAHASSEE, FLA. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee man is booked in the Leon County Jail Friday night on a homicide charge.
Michael Mason was arrested for willful non premeditated kill. We're learning from residents of the Plantation at Pine Lakes Apartment Homes, that Mason is the shooter from Thursday's parking lot incident at the complex that left 29 year old David Queen dead.
Mason has prior charges for driving under the influence and leaving the scene of the crash.
David Queen, originally from the Miami area, had been living at the Plantation Apartment Homes for about 2 years. Friends and family say he moved to Tallahassee to be closer to his daughter.
