TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - A Tallahassee man is set to be sentenced Tuesday after he was convicted of killing a man who was trying to break up a fight.
Jason Reser was found guilty last month of first degree murder and car-jacking.
In 2012 police say he ran over and killed Christopher Breeze who was trying to break up a fight between Reser and two others.
According to court records, Reser jumped into Breeze's truck and tried to drive away, that's when Breeze fell on the ground and was run over.
