TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee man was arrested on charges of sexual battery and false imprisonment.
Anthony D. Earnest Sr., 43, was booked into the Leon County Detention Facility on Wednesday based on a probable cause affidavit filed by a Tallahassee Police Department investigator.
His arrest stems from incidents that occurred May 22, 2017.
The affidavit said that Earnest choked the victim into submission.
Because Earnest has a prior battery conviction, the battery is a felony, the court document says.
