TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A man has been charged with lewd and lascivious behavior after he exposed himself twice; once to 12-year-old child another time to an adult woman.
David Sane, 54, was arrested on Thursday.
Tallahassee Police were first called about Sane's actions on July 9.
The 12-year-old victim's father told police that the victim and her two friends were walking around when a 4-door sedan stopped near them.
A probable cause document says that the victim approached the car, thinking the driver was probably lost and was going to ask for directions.
When the driver, identified as Sane, did ask for directions, the victim noticed that he had his pants down and was touching himself.
The victim then became upset and Sane sped away, according to documents.
A week later, officers were called to another area in the 2000 block of Corinne Street about a suspect who had parked in the victim's parking spot and exposed himself.
The probable cause documents state that the adult victim had been outside her front door when she spotted Sane looking at her while touching himself.
The victim told police that after she spoke to Sane, he sped away from the area. However, the victim managed to take pictures of his car.
Documents say that when officers talked to Sane, he told them that he didn't remember doing anything.
Sane was later charged with lewd and lascivious behavior on a victim less than 16 and indecent exposure in public.
