TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A man was arrested after exposing himself to a store employee in Tallahassee.

Brandon Baker, 23, was arrested by the Leon County Sheriff's Office.

On March 13 around 2:40 p.m., a cashier at Aaron's Attic, was asked by Baker to help him with the prices of certain items in the store.

The employee told deputies that Baker was also with a young child, who was later confirmed as Baker's son.

While his son was in the children's toy section, Baker asked about prices of different items and briefly turned his back to the employee.

When Baker turned back around, the employee saw that Baker was fully exposed.

The employee told her supervisor, who confronted Baker. Baker then got the child from the children's section, bought some items, and left the store.

As Baker was leaving, another employee was able to get Baker's license plate number.

Deputies were able to confirm the car was registered to Baker and that he matched the description given by the store employee.

On March 16, a photo lineup was taken, which featured Baker, but the employee was unable identify him from the lineup.

On March 19, during an interview with deputies, Baker admitted to being a frequent customer at the store and said he was there with his son on the day of the incident.

Baker described the pants he was wearing on the day of the incident as sweatpants, with a drawstring, however the string was no longer in the pants.

Baker stated the pants were pulled down because he had several things inside his pockets and assumed that his pants "hung down" and exposed his "private area a little bit."

According to the police report, Baker states he did not notice his private area was exposed and he did not look to see if his pants were down.

Baker noticed "out of the corner of his eye" that the employee approached her supervisor about the situation.

According to Baker, he told the supervisor that he did not remember his private area being exposed and had no recollection of anything being exposed.

When deputies asked Baker if he was looking for "a thrill," he stated "Yes sir." Deputies asked Baker how his private area was exposed and he said that he noticed "they were down a little bit."

Baker told deputies, "You know when you get really, really turned on, and you can't stop yourself?"

When asked if he intentionally pulled his pants down, Baker said "At that point my pants were there enough to expose some of my private parts."

He then informed deputies that he wanted the employee to see his private area. Baker stated that he felt the employee was uncomfortable and realized he "crossed the line."

Baker said he realized he "messed up" and felt he needed to apologize to the employee.

Baker was arrested and charged with indecent exposure in public on March 29.

He was transported to the Leon County Jail.

When we called the store, they said they have only been open for eight months and had never had any issues like this before.

In order to combat future issues, they installed a brand new security system last weekend complete with cameras in all areas of the store.
