TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee man accused of murdering his ex-girlfriend and her three children was back in court Tuesday afternoon.
A motion hearing was held today for Henry Segura.
Segura is accused of murdering his ex-girlfriend and her three children back in 2010.
The bodies of Brandi Peters and her 6-year-old twins and 3-year-old son were found at their home on Saddle Creek Run.
A motion hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
His trial is still set for March 27th at 8:30 a.m.
Segura is facing the death penalty.
