TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee man has been arrested after he was accused of asking two young children to engage in oral sex with him.

Milton Williams III, 42, was booked into the Leon County Detention Center on Wednesday.

Williams was supposed to be driving the two young girls to a store on Nov. 10, when he repeatedly asked them to perform oral sex on him and offered to perform oral sex on them, according to a probable cause affidavit.

Documents are unclear on the relationship between Williams and the children.

He refused to take the victims back home when they said no. Documents say one victim sent a woman several text messages about Williams' request, and the woman left her house to look for the victims.

When the woman saw Williams and the victims in the vehicle turning on a street, she pulled her vehicle in front of Williams, the court document said. The girls then got out of Milton's vehicle and ran.

The woman said Williams then rammed her vehicle and fled from the area.

Explaining other things that happened in the car, documents say one victim said Williams "smoked a joint" and told them not to tell the woman.

The victim said that while Williams drove down a dark road, he tried to reach back to touch one of their knees but she moved aside so he could not touch her.

As Williams took them to a Walmart, one of the victims said she asked him to take them home, and he agreed, but before doing so she felt Williams' seat "jumping" and saw his hands in his pants.

A warrant was issued for Milton because due he attempted to solicit one of the girls to commit a lewd or lascivious act.

Williams extradited from Beaufort, South Carolina, where he was being held on charges from that jurisdiction and on a warrant from Leon County for possession of meth.

He was booked into jail on Wednesday. No bond has been set.

He is facing charges for violation of probation for possession of methamphetamine and sex offense against a child by a person 18 years or older.
