LEON COUNTY, FL. (WTXL) - The City of Tallahassee is discussing a partnership between Star Metro and Leon County Schools.
Over the past several months, Star Metro staff has been working with LCS Transportation to support the Alternate Start Time Program. The teams evaluated a similar program in Polk County. Currently, Star Metro has stops near four of the five LCS High Schools. Star Metro staff believes it's possible to provide its services to students throughout Leon County with the existing service routes.
Plans are currently being discussed.
