TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The first ever Tallahassee beer festival is finally here and it kicks off on Saturday. The event is already sold-out, with more than 1,000 people coming.
All five Capital City breweries will have booths set up with more from across the region there.
All proceeds from this event will benefit several nonprofits in the community.
"We have 21 charities who are helping to market this event to people and then for us to be able to write a check and give it to them to they can support all their different missions. So people can look on our website and see all the agencies and when they bought the ticket but they have the ability to determine where that money is going to go," said Board member, Ben Graybar.
Tallahassee Beer Festival will be at the Pavilion at the Centre of Tallahassee from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
