TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Flood waters from Tuesday's severe weather left a driver stranded on the roof of their car.
The Tallahassee Fire Department says fast moving water on Lonnbladh Road swept a car into a ditch around 8 p.m.
The water rose up to the cars windows, but responders were able to use a ladder truck to pull the driver to safety after they climbed onto the car's roof. The Tallahassee Fire Department posted video of the dramatic rescue online.
The driver was not injured.
Lonnbladh road is closed because of that flooding.
