TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--The Tallahassee Fire Department is investigating the cause of two house fires.
At Gibbs and Tharpe Street a fire damaged a home and a storage building next door.
Firefighters extinguished the fire, but the storage building was completely destroyed.
It happened last Friday close to 11 p.m. Damage is estimated at $80,000.
No one was hurt. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is also investigating.
Firefighters responded to a house fire on the 200 block of Bragg Drive.
It happened at about 10:30 Friday morning. The house was vacant and did not have power.
No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $40,000.
