TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee driver turned himself in after he left the scene of a hit-and-run crash.
FAMU Police say the driver, Monterius E Koonce, 23, was speeding and caused a crash at the traffic light, injuring two people.
This happened Sunday at the intersection of Orange Avenue and Wahnish Way.
Koonce and his passenger left the scene but less than three hours later Koonce contacted FAMU PD and turned himself in.
He remained in the Leon County Detention Center on Tuesday on a $10,000 bond.
