Tallahassee, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee doctor who was arrested back in 2014 for the murder of his wife is back in court Thursday.
Adam Frasch's trial begins next week.
He appeared in court Thursday afternoon for a pretrial hearing.
Judge James C. Hankinson discussed how jury selection would go.
He says he knows there will be some publicity issues.
Judge Hankinson says that 50 potential jurors will be brought in Monday morning and another 50 in the afternoon.
Frasch's attorney says they should be able to select the jurors out of the first pool.
A jury of six will be chosen.
