TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Thursday night residents had the opportunity to speak with City and County Commissioners at the town hall meeting hosted by The Village Square.

The community voiced concerns to elected officials about local issues. The meeting took place Thursday evening and was the place for anyone who wanted to ask questions and share thoughts with local officials.

The Village Square hosted the event so Leon County residents could voice local concerns with City and County Commissioners in an informal way.

Officials talked about where Tallahassee is as a community, where we're going, and challenges we face getting there.

Residents were encouraged to participate and ask commissioners direct questions during the meeting.

The meeting was a great way for the community to talk about local issues affecting the area and the future of Tallahassee and Leon county.
