TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - One Tallahassee child who has spent most of her life in and out of hospitals is now getting a chance to spend more time outdoors.

Five-year-old Chloe Novak had a heart transplant when she was only two years old.  However, she continues to battle a cardiac condition.

Thanks to the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Central and Northern Florida, Chloe is getting a chance get her mind off of her illness and enjoy the outdoors.

The organization granted her a life-size, custom play-set. It's something Chloe's mom, Carolyn Novak, hopes will make a big impact on her daughter: "We were really excited and we wanted something really just for her, not for any of us, something that she could have that was life changing, since she's in the house so much. So this is perfect, this is something she can do every single day. Come out and have fun and play, so we're really excited."

The play-set includes two swings, a side ball house, a misting station, a tunnel and Chloe's favorite - a bubble making machine.
